Trader Vic’s

Trader Vic’s

Trader Vic’s. I was introduced to this place by my friend Kayomarz Bhada. I was a bit sceptical at first but when it’s food involved I like to keep an open mind! So this lovely Polynesian style restaurant is located within Hilton Park Lane, London. They are located all over the world. 25 branches so far, I believe.

It is on the pricier side so you’re looking at around £60 per head for a good hearty meal between 4 people. They do some seriously amazing drinks/cocktails. Even if you don’t drink alcohol they do some really good drinks. The one I had was coconut based and it was the waiter’s recommendation-it was just perfect. All in all, it was a great experience and the ambience was top notch. You would not expect anything less from a fine dining restaurant at the Hilton.
