Duck-ing Fabulous Borough Market, SE1

Best duck sandwich, borough market, London

Working next to Borough Market has its perks and one thing you CANNOT leave without trying is the duck sandwich.

I don’t usually like eating duck meat but one bite of this sandwich on a wintery day couple of years back and I have kept on coming back for more. Everyone I’ve recommended this sandwich to has raved about it because it is really that good. A hearty portion of duck meat with tiny pieces of rocket and mustard- you don’t need anything more than that. All for a fiver! And if you fancy some mulled wine to go with it, you can have that too!

Borough market can be very busy during Thursday, Friday and Saturday so it is good to know where you’re going if in a rush. This stall is located diagonally opposite the very popular Monmouth Coffee (the only coffee worth drinking this side of town and their brownies are drool worthy!!) check it out!
