People who live in East London and/or Leytonstone are so lucky to have this insane family run Thai restaurant at their doorstep. After salivating over Singburi’s food photos for ages, I finally ventured down with some of the best stomachs in the business 😂🤤
- Location: 593 High Rd Leytonstone, Leytonstone, London E11 4PA
- Closest Station: Leytonstone
- Reservations: Call to book, 020 8281 4801
- Cuisine: Thai, specials every day
- Occasion: Dinner
- Cost: £, CASH ONLY
- Notes: BYOB
We pretty much ordered everything off their specials menu, ordered and re-ordered… The thing about food made fresh with the best ingredients is that even if you’ve eaten like a pig- you still walk out feeling satisfied without the impending stomach ache that follows (I mean it can still happen but you get my point 😂)
Goong Pad Bai Cha Plu (Prawns in Southern curry sauce) was so good we ordered this dish twice.
Clams with garlic, chilli and sweet basil were mouthwatering 🤤. Kau Kling Gratai (chopped rabbit with fried curry paste, dry) was ordered twice as well and a dish which was kindly brought to us (on the house 💕)- Lamb Paneang; so soft and juicy smothered in that kick-ass chilli paste 🔥
Save your appetite and GO! Don’t think twice and just book. For the copious amounts of food we ate, between 5 people we paid £35 each (incl. tip). Please note: The restaurant will re-open 1st or 2nd week of March as the owners are on holiday in Thailand. 💁🏻
P.S.: Be a risk taker and try their Dorian ice cream too! 😜
